Welcome to the Hamilton Health Sciences Careers website!
All internal employees automatically have a Careers account. To login to your account, please use the following:
USER ID: This should be your 6-digit employee ID number (which can be found on your ID badge). It should be the same as your myHR username. PASSWORD: To obtain the password to your internal account on the Careers website, click on the password reset link (“Forgot my Password”) when attempting to log in. After you have provided your User Name and e-mail address on file within myHR, a password will be sent to your email address that will allow you to login to your account. In most cases, this is an HHSC email address, but some employees may have their personal email address as their primary method for contact. If you wish to check and/or edit the email address you have on file, please log in to myHR, click on “Personal Information” your email address will be listed in the 'My Details' section. If you do not have an e-mail address on file, please contact HR Operations at 905-521-2100 ext. 46947 (4myHR) or myHR@hhsc.ca to request a password reset so that a password can be provided to you verbally. Online application assistance can be found on the HHS Intranet by visiting Human Resources > Careers & Job Postings (click here). Here you will find further instructions for logging on to the HHS Careers website as well as an ‘Internal Online Application (Taleo) Guide’. Also included are helpful hints, reminders and instructions on how to successfully submit your application as well as assistance with your resume.
